    Lenke scale
     Grade IFused with remodeling and trabeculae
     Grade IIGraft intact, not fully remodeled and incorporated throughout; no lucencies
     Grade IIIGraft intact but definite lucency at top or bottom of graft
     Grade IVDefinitely not fused with resorption of bone graft and with collapse
    Volume scale
     Grade I0%–25% of available space occupied by bone
     Grade II26%–50% of available space occupied by bone
     Grade III>50% of available space occupied by bone
