    A 28-year-old female patient underwent posterior spinal fusion with posterior column osteotomies and PCDR T12 to L3 with excellent clinical outcomes at 1 year of follow-up. Fusion to touched vertebrae, 1 level cephalad to the CEV.

    A 17-year-old male patient underwent posterior spinal fusion with posterior column osteotomies and PCDR T12 to L3 with excellent clinical outcomes at 2 years of follow-up. Fusion to CEV, 1 level cephalad to the touched vertebrae.
