    Postoperative complications: (A) A plain X-ray shows the device has migrated to lateral interspace vertebra (patient #13). (B) A T1-weighted sagittal MRI demonstrates that the PDN-Solo device has become embedded in the adjacent vertebra with massive degeneration at both endplate vertebral bones (patient #10). (C) A sagittal CT shows the PDN-Solo device has become embedded in the adjacent vertebra in a patient with discitis (patient #3).
