    Mixed-effects regression model predicted scores by observed scores for each diagnosis group for the Neck Disability Index as an example. Model shows good fit of predicted scores to observed scores.

Time intervals include preoperative, 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and annual to 7 years.
